There are no returns, replacements, or exchanges on any Jewelry purchases. All jewelry should be inspected immediately upon receiving your order.
If you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect you have 3 days to send an email with a picture, the item number, and the order number to gotthebling1172@gmail.com to receive a credit to your account.
Normal wear and tear, or accidental breakage caused by the Customer, which also includes handling via transport and improper storage, is NOT covered by the return policy.
